3.3. All payments are processed securely through Quickbooks or any other designated payment method.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule services, subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

4.2. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply depending on the timing of the request.

5.1. The Agency and interpreters will treat all client information and conversations with utmost confidentiality.

5.2. Clients must also respect the confidentiality of interpreters and the Agency’s proprietary information.
